This solicitation provides federally recognized tribes and tribal consortia an opportunity to apply for funding to aid in developing a comprehensive and coordinated approach to public safety and victimization.

With this solicitation, BJA seeks to support state, local, and tribal jurisdictions’ capacity to work with their ATF partners to utilize intelligence, technology, and community engagement to swiftly identify unlawfully used firearms and their sources, and effectively prosecute perpetrators engaged in violent crime.

Through this opportunity, BJA seeks applications for funding to provide training and technical assistance to support the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program.

Only states may apply under this solicitation, and states must designate a single State Administering Agency that has authority to apply on their behalf.
