FY 2020 Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Program

Closing Date
The purpose of this solicitation is to select a set of coordinated training and technical assistance (TTA) providers to deliver a wide range of TTA services to local, state, and tribal jurisdictions, service providers receiving funding under the Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking Program and others as identified by OJP.

FY 2020 Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program

Closing Date
This program provides support to law enforcement and other criminal justice agencies to partner with mental health agencies and reduce crime and recidivism associated with people with mental illnesses.

FY 2020 Strategies for Policing Innovation

Closing Date
This program assists state, local, and tribal jurisdictions in reducing crime and improving the functioning of the criminal justice system, specifically through support for innovative and evidence-based policing practices, more effective information sharing, and multi-agency collaboration.

FY 2020 Local Law Enforcement Crime Gun Intelligence Center Integration Initiative

Closing Date
Through a partnership with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, this program assists state, local, and tribal law enforcement with enhancing their investigative and prosecutorial resources needed to improve their ability to hold violent gun offenders accountable to reduce violent crime

FY 2020 Academic-based Drug Field Testing and Training Initiative

Closing Date
Under this initiative, BJA will select an applicant to establish a pilot project to develop a national training model on current rapid identification technology and scientifically sound field collection and testing methods that can be used when drugs are discovered in the field.

FY 2020 Emmett Till Cold Case Investigations Program

Closing Date
This program provides grants to state, local and tribal law enforcement and prosecution agencies to support expenses associated with the investigation and prosecution of cold case murders associated with civil rights violations.
