The Bureau of Justice Assistance will award JAG Program funds to eligible units of local government as described in this solicitation.

Through this opportunity, BJA will award JAG Program funds to eligible states as described in the solicitation.

This program will provide funding to enhance or implement clinical services and other evidence-based responses to improve reentry, reduce recidivism, and address the treatment and recovery needs of people with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders who are currently involved in the criminal justice system or were formerly involved.

This program provides funding to support comprehensive community-based approaches to addressing hate crimes that promote community awareness and preparedness, increase victim reporting, and improve responses to hate crimes.

The Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Grant Program awards funds to certified fiscal agents that work with PSN Teams in federal judicial districts to support those districts’ PSN strategies.

This opportunity will provide funding to create and implement training and technical assistance programs for criminal justice stakeholders that support local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies in the development of violence reduction strategies, training of law enforcement officers, and implementation of ethical technological strategies that build digital trust and promote community engagement.

This program assists state, local, and tribal jurisdictions in reducing crime and improving the functioning of the criminal justice system, specifically through support for statewide strategic planning and protection of constitutional rights under the Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

This program assists state, local, and tribal efforts to break the cycle of substance abuse and misuse by reducing the demand for, use, and illegal trafficking of controlled substances.

This program assists state, local, and tribal jurisdictions in preventing and reducing intellectual property (IP) theft and related crime and supports law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting IP crime and reducing violent crime associated with IP cases and investigations.

This program assists states with developing and implementing residential substance use disorder treatment programs within state correctional facilities, as well as within local correctional and detention facilities, in which persons are incarcerated for a period of time sufficient to permit substance use disorder treatment.

This program will provide funding under five separate training and technical assistance (TTA) categories for multiple justice and mental health programs to deliver site-based, program-specific TTA and broader TTA for the field.
