Reducing Violent Crime Through Swift, Certain, and Fair Supervision

To address rising gun violence in Cedar Rapids, IA, the applicant is seeking funding to expand and enhance the Welcome Resource and Notification (WARN) program through hiring a coordinator who will facilitate the program as well as perform critical follow up with clients to ensure swift, certain, and fair responses to client concerns. The WARN program is a meeting designed for all reentering offenders.
