Essex County Corrections Medication Assisted Treatment Program

The County of Essex is introducing the Essex County Corrections Medication Assisted Treatment Program (ECCMATP) through a cross-departmental collaboration between the Essex County Department of Health and Rehabilitation, within their Division of Community Health Services, and the Essex County Department of Corrections. The ECCMATP will provide screening and case management to residents within the Essex County Correctional Facility (ECCF) and those who were recently released along with a comprehensive program that responds to the needs of our local residents by expanding access to supervision, treatment, and recovery support services.
