Lake County Community Justice Navigator

The proposed project aims to imrpove access to community-based services for justice-involved individuals through implementation of Sequential Intercept Mapping recommendations. In particular, the project will: 1) Finalize a community justice action plan through a coordinated planning process. 2) Build capacity for Spanish language access to justice as well as community-based services. 3) Gather data and information, evaluate, and share results among community justice stakeholders and, where appropriate, the public.
