American Samoa JRJ Project for the territory of American Samoa attorneys

The primary goal of the 2022 JRJ Program is to provide federal grant funding assistance to help convince off island attorneys to practice law in American Samoa. To help retain off island attorneys to work and live in American Samoa.  The Strategy is based on the provision of federal funding assistance to the criminal justice system service providers, not to supplant existing local funding resources, but to support additional and innovative efforts to provide assistance in the analysis and audit aspect of the program.
