The Charles County Sheriff’s Office’s Mental Health, Wellness, and Resiliency Program encompasses several components including personnel positions to coordinate health and wellness services to agency employees, family members and retirees. This specific component will provide funds for a Mental Health Administrative Assistant to help build the program. This position will assist the Mental Health Liaison in improving workplace wellness through promoting wellness initiatives, assisting with program marketing and outreach, expanding partnerships, tracking metrics, and providing direct assistance to employees, family members and retirees in regard to demystifying, accessing and utilizing the various components of our Mental Health, Wellness, and Resiliency Program.
