Pennsylvania has proposed a comprehensive approach to further improve SORNA compliance and implementation. FY 2023 SORNA Reallocation funds will support the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Office of Victim Advocate in executing project activities that continue to assist with achieving substantial compliance of the SORNA portion of Adam Walsh Act.
