ABSTRACT

 

The Suffolk County District Attorney’s (SCDA) Office located in Suffolk County, New York, the most populous county outside of those which comprise New York City, serves over 1.5 million residents. The SCDA is seeking funding for the enhancement of its Intellectual Property a/k/a Anti-Counterfeiting Unit, to include additional technology for the purpose of investigating and prosecuting individuals who participate in the illegal activity of transporting, selling, and distributing counterfeit goods.
