Work Force Training to Enhance Employee Understanding of the Dynamics of Human Conflict.

The Goodyear Police Department continues to educate the work force to ensure that the engagement with the community is a safe as possible.  The goal of this program is to ensure that the officers understand the dynamics of human conflict.  The officers will understand the risks of unmanaged conflict and recognize the need to pay attention to what is happening, anticipate outcomes, pre-plan responses and adjust as needed. This effort will be provided to all employess both sworn and civilian who interact with residents.
