Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $19,795)

The City of Carlsbad will use JAG funds for active shooter training to increase preparedness and first responder mindset during an active threat situation. JAG funds will also be used to purchase new cameras and camera equipment for the forensic and investigation divisions of the police department.
