Santa Rosa Police Department and Sonoma County JAG grant.

The disparate jurisdictions of Sonoma County and the Santa Rosa City will use JAG funds for technology improvements, equipment, and personnel. Specifically, the County of Sonoma will use JAG funds to hire an extra help administrative employee to support new innovative programs (i.e. holistic defense unit), and the City of Santa Rosa Police Department will use JAG funds to purchase electric motorcycles, a mobile dispatch station, IT lab computer, and a front lobby public kiosk, which will promote public trust, accountability, and transparency within the community.
