Grant funding would provide for the purchase Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) which would be specifically used to address criminal activity. Using data driven statistics and intelligence policing, the Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) would be deployed to targeted areas to collect information, assist in surveillances, and identifying criminal activity thus leading to successful prosecution.
