REDUCE PROPERTY CRIMES, VIOLENT CRIME, DRUG RELATED CRIMES AND TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT.

The City of Titusville Police Department will utilize the 2023 JAG (Local) funding, in the amount of $29,574.00 for selective overtime initiatives to reduce property, violent crime, illegal drug activity and traffic offenses.  An aggressive and proactive approach, using special overtime details to reduce property, violent crime, illegal drug activity and traffic offenses, will be conducted by patrol officers along with assistance of detectives as needed.  Our officers and detectives are able to address current events and problems, and apprehend specific offenders as they are identified throughout our City.  Using crime trends and information received by the road patrol officers and our detectives.
