Manatee County FY 2023 JAG Project

The County of Manatee will use JAG funds to expand and enhance the security system at the jail for improved safety and expand the carpentry equipment for the inmate vocational program to promote improved reentry skills. The County of Manatee will use JAG funds to send two officers each from the five municipalities to an Officer Well Being Seminar to minimize the impact of law enforcement stress and trauma both professionally and personally. The County of Manatee will use JAG funds to purchase LifeVac Kits for the City of Bradenton Police Department.
