Purchase of Equipment for the Paulding County Sheriff's Office

The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office will use JAG funds to purchase 4 StarChase, Guardian Vehicle Mounted Launcher Systems to use in High-risk Vehicle pursuits, making pursuit unnecessary. This purchase will de-escalate situations and prevent unnecessary injury, property damage and loss of life.  The StarChase, Guardian device touts 10 years of proven results. The equipment purchase will be completed upon award of grant and be implemented immediately.
