The City of Waterloo will use JAG funds for overtime, salary, and benefits not funded through the 2023-2024 State of Iowa Byrne Grant. The County of Black Hawk will use JAG funds for overtime, salary, and benefits not funded through the 2023-2024 State of Iowa Byrne Grant. The City of Cedar Falls will use JAG fund for overtime, salary, and benefits not funded through the 2023-2024 State of Iowa Byrne Grant. All three parties agree that the JAG funds will be used for narcotics enforcement, suppression and investigation of gun violence, investigation of gang activity, and the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases.
