Inter-Operability Communication Enhancement

St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office intends to direct all possible grant funding opportunities towards the procurement of handheld radios and equipment to accomplish the needed level of interoperability/system improvements for officer safety and community to ensure public safety. This aids in crime prevention by ensuring our officers can communicate effectively and efficiently while policing. This funding award will allow the acquisition of three portable radio packages.
