FY23 JAG Equipment Project

This program proposed by the Morehouse Parish Sheriff’s Office and City of Bastrop is consistent with the purpose areas designated by the JAG program. The project falls within the purpose area of law enforcement initiatives. The goal of the first project is to update weapons issued to officers for the Morehouse Parish Sheriff’s Office in order to improve officer safety. The second project is to purchase new computers for the patrol division of the Bastrop Police Department.
