The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office will use JAG funds to ensure all law enforcement officers in Ascension Parish are provided with reliable and effective Body Armor. We are committed to improving officer safety and reducing in-the-line-of-duty deaths. We can provide our officers with ballistic vest, carriers, and trauma plates to increase the likelihood of survival during deadly force encounters.
