FY23 JAG Technology Initiative

The County of Lincoln Maine Sheriff's Department will use JAG funds to purchase nine combination lock knox boxes for use at public and private schools within Lincoln County.  It is anticipated that during crisis events the purchase of this equipment will increase the safety of those working and going to school by reducing the time it may take law enforcment to enter locked interior and exterior doors by providing swifter access to keys or pass cards while reducing potential damage if forced entry was the only option.
