Assistance for recurring costs of GrayKey.

The City of Sterling Heights will use JAG funds to pay for one year of recurring cost of the software licensing of GrayKey.  GrayKey is an industry leader in "cracking" or defeating security passwords of digital devices such as computers, cell phones, and tablets.  Our Computer Crimes Unit routinely utilizes GrayKey to gain access to these devices to identify evidence which is used to assist with successful prosecutions of cases.
