2023 Justice Assistance Grant Funds on behalf of the County of Cumberland and the Cities of Bridgeton, Millville, and Vineland.

The City of Vineland will use JAG funds to provide an overtime detail to target an area within center-city that has recently experienced an increase in crime, such as trespassing, illicit narcotics use, open narcotics sales and prostitution. The City of Millville will purchase lighting for crimes scenes at night and cameras for collecting evidence. An overtime detail will also be implemented. The City of Bridgeton will implement an e-ticket program for their vehicle fleet. Cumberland County will implement a community engagement series and promote community-based objectives, especially youth engagement.
