Law Enforcement Enhancement Project

The Broken Arrow Police Department will use JAG funds for the purchase of equipment to enhance public safety. Specifically, the Broken Arrow Police Department will use JAG funds to purchase desktop computers and monitors to outfit the departments Real Time Crime Prevention Center. This center will provide officers with the capacity to maximize the use of a broad and expanding range of technologies for structured and efficacious policing. It will allow officers to respond to calls more efficiently, effectively, and deliberately which will improve officer, citizen, community safety, and cooperation.
