The disparate jurisdictions of the City of Huntsville and Walker County will use JAG funds for technology and safety equipment. Specifically, the City will use JAG funds for thermal imaging equipment to hep with narcotic and property crime investigations. Walker County will use JAG funds to upgrade mobile extraction equipment, purchase GPS tracking services and provide safety helmets for training exercises.
