Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $79,621)

The jurisdictions of the City of Brownsville and the Cameron County Sheriff’s Office, the subawardee, will use JAG funds for purchasing new equipment. Specifically, the City of Brownsville will use JAG funds to purchase technical equipment, such as computers, monitors, televisions, and a scanner. The Cameron County Sheriff’s Office will use JAG funds to purchase technical and safety equipment.
