The City of Killeen is setting up a Real Time Crime Center. The City of Temple will purchase Automated External Defibrillators. Bell County will purchase toughbooks.

The City of Killeen will use JAG funds for technological advancements and facility upgrades to establish a state-of-the-art Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) The technology allocation will encompass the acquisition and implementation of software and hardware systems, including surveillance enhancements, AI-driven analytics tools, communication platforms, and cybersecurity measures. The City of Temple will use JAG funds to purchase Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). The Bell County Sheriff’s Department will use JAG funds to purchase equipment that will benefit the agency’s ability to effectively manage CAD and other software from the interior of in patrol vehicles.
