The City of Hampton will use JAG funds for upgraded SWAT Communications Components that will be compatible with newly upgraded city radio system, two Aqualung Rapid Diver Systems for Marine Patrol/Dive Team, 3 WRAP Restaint Systems for humanely handling and transporting combative prisoners to minimize risk of injury, a vehicle graphics wrap for our recruiting vehicle and 5 computer printers to meet unfunded needs within the Police Division.
