This project will assign prosecutors to represent areas within the judicial district to meet with law enforcement and community partners in order to identify crime trends as well as solutions.

This project will fund two new prosecutors and a data management software that will track the cases coming into the District Attorney’s Office. The new prosecutors may manage case intake and field questions from law enforcement that were traditionally taken on by all of the prosecutors in the office. They will also work to organize and implement the community outreach aspect of the project. This will relieve some of the case load so that the prosecutors can focus not only on their cases, but on their communities as well.
