BJA FY 23 John R. Justice (JRJ) Formula Grant Program - State Solicitation

To assist in recruiting and retaining qualified attorneys to enhance the efficacy of the criminal justice system in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marinas Islands.  Provide student loan repayment assistance to the public defender's office and attorney general's office. Encourage individuals to enter and continue employment as Assistant Attorney General and Public Defenders. To increase the stability and confidence in the criminal justice system by retaining qualified attorneys and assisting in student loan repayment for eligible John R. Justice Program applicants.
