This project would serve “at risk” individuals and their loved ones in Northampton County who have a diagnosed cognitive condition of alzheimer’s or autism and are prone to wandering with the likeliness of not being able to find their way back home. This award will be utilized to provide timely responses to save lives and reduce potential injury for adults and children with the propensity to wander due to a cognitive condition.
