2023 Drug Court Planning and Implementation Grant

The City of Springfield, located in Lane County, seeks $900,000 in funding
under Category 1, Planning and Implementation, to implement a post adjudication adult drug
court. The treatment provider is Emergence Addiction and Behavioral Therapies. The minimum length of stay will be 12 months, the maximum length of stay will be 24 months, and the average length is anticipated to be 14 months. The primary target population is HR/HN individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders. Participants enrolled in the court will have access to all three forms of FDA-approved MAT medications. The minimum program number will be 15 participants after the first year, and the maximum will be 30 participants at any given time. Over 4 years, the targeted population will be 150 participants.
