Navajo County, Arizona, proposes the capacity increase, systemic improvement, and additional services of its Veterans Treatment Court (VTC). The proposed project is modeled on the Ten Essential Elements of Components of Veterans Treatment Courts. The project objectives include: 1) Increasing the capacity of the VTC by 100% (from 40 to 80 participants) during the 4-year grant period, 2) Making systemic improvements through a designated staff position, a one-stop-shop office, data management, professional development, and community partnerships, and 3) Providing more treatments, support services, and collaboration for veterans through partnerships with Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) and ChangePoint Integrated Health (ChangePoint). The project goal is to restore more veterans to being successful, contributing members of the community.
