Expand Hualapai Reentry Program

The Hualapai Tribe will use grant funds to enhance and expand a reentry program for individuals incarcerated in the Hualapai Adult Detention Center. The program will hire two staff to work with individuals after they are released to coordinate services on and off of the reservation. The program’s primary goal is to reduce barriers to transitioning out of jail by helping individuals gain the life skills needed to successfully reenter the community.
