Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2023, $20,721)
The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office will utilize JAG funding to purchase twenty (20) power cords for mobile printers that will be used in patrol vehicles; purchase eight (8) tire deflation devices to equip patrol deputies with the capability of safely ending vehicle pursuits; purchase fourteen (14) lockable tool boxes for criminal investigators to keep crime scene supplies; purchase one (1) portable air conditioning unit to be used in the agency’s crime scene trailer; purchase sixteen (16) respirator masks with cartridges and filters; purchase two (2) underwater communication apparatus’ to be used by the agency’s dive team; purchase two (2) dive computers to be used by the agency’s dive team; and purchase two (2) laptop computers to be used to replace aging laptop computers in the agency.
