Assistance with purchase of equipment for Meridian Police Department and Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department.

The disparate jurisdictions of the City of Meridian and Lauderdale County, Mississippi, will use JAG funds for technology improvements and equipment. Specifically, Lauderdale County will use JAG funds to replace outdated body armor, and the City of Meridian will use JAG funds to purchase body worn cameras to replace their existing obsolete body cameras.
