Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2024, $1,020,000)

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office proposes to implement the Madison County Sheriff's Office Public Safety Vehicles grant. The purpose of this would allow MCSO to replace some of the ageing patrol vehicles within the agency. Project activities include purchasing and equipping at least 15 patrol vehicles which would be used to patrol Madison County, Alabama. Expected outcomes include having a more reliable and updated fleet, better equipping the deputies as they service the citizens of Madison County.
