Mobile Integrated Health Office (MIHO)

The city of Santa Fe will utilize this funding to acquire needed equipment and training for its Mobile Integrated Health Team. This 15-member team is a specialized division of the Santa Fe Fire Department. The purpose of their efforts is to identify, connect with, and provide case management to people in the community who frequently activate the 911 system. Providing assistance to these individuals will afford the opportunity to pinpoint their underlying needs and connect them with resources to better suit and more efficiently achieve a healthier more stable living situation.
