Bexar County Pay for Success Program

Bexar County would like to create an outcomes-based relationship with Pay It Forward – San Antonio that impacts both men and women who reside at the sober dorms and homes in the County. Goals and objectives for the Pay for Success Program are as follows: create a Pay for Success Program infrastructure within 180 days; reimburse Pay It Forward - San Antonio based on outcomes; and continue and expand the outcomes-based contract post grant award. Bexar County will serve up to 1,160 clients during the grant period. Bexar County will create a leadership team and will identify baseline data which includes defining recidivism and quantifying cost. Once enrolled in Pay It Forward – San Antonio, individuals housed in the sober dorms will receive an array of services that are afforded them on site at the homeless shelter.
