STOP Grant

The Cook Center for Human Connection, in collaboration with Clark County Public Schools will
implement two main components: Parent Mental Health Training and Teacher/Staff Cognitive
Behavioral Coaching. The project will provide access to mental health resources, including
ParentGuidance.org courses and monthly virtual Mental Health Series events in English and Spanish; and offer bi-weekly cognitive behavioral coaching sessions at no cost to teachers and staff. The project will utilize formative and summative evaluation methods to track progress and inform program enhancements, ensuring the efficacy and sustainability of the interventions.
