The Douglas County LINK program meets monthly to review the progress and make plans of action for the youth enrolled. The LINK team consists of many community child serving organizations and agencies. We meet with the family and youth to develop a plan and coordinate services to meet youth's needs. Youth involved in the LINK Program are referred to outside agencies for contracted services to reduce risk factors and build protective factors, such as mental health programs, educational support (advocacy, tutoring, etc), positive peer activities, and mentoring.
