Columbia Police Department plans to greatly increase efforts of our community outreach programs through the purchase of general equipment and materials to facilitate law enforcement officers to have positive interactions with our community. Examples of equipment to be procured are electric personal transporters to allow officers great mobility while still able to personally interact with members of the community.
