Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2024, $10,101)

The City of Ormond Beach will use JAG funds to procure License Plate Readers (LPRs) and remote video surveillance systems for rapid crime detection, prevention, and apprehension. This project will provide an added level safety for citizens and visitors to the city and assist officers with proactive crime prevention and apprehension of criminal offenders.
