The Flagstaff Police Department will purchase essential equipment and training to enhance the effectiveness, safety, and readiness of their department. In addition, funds will be applied for the use of allowable administrative costs for the City as the applicant/fiscal agent. The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office goal of this project is to outfit officers with less-lethal equipment and protective gear to reduce the likelihood of escalation during acts of violence within Coconino County.
