The disparate jurisdictions of Biddeford and York County will use JAG funds for equipment and supplies.
The City of Biddeford will use JAG funds to replace two (2) in-car audio/video systems, one (1) computer tablet with a docking station, three (3) in-car printers, and a ductless fuming chamber. These equipment purchases, funded by JAG, are specifically aimed at enhancing officer safety and community protection.
York County will purchase two (2) body warn cameras to be used by road deputies.
The equipment and supplies will assist officers in performing their duties and protecting the community and themselves.
