Purchase of Equipment for the Paulding County Sheriff's Office

The Paulding County Sheriff's Office will use the JAG funds to purchase 40 Ballistic Plates Oynx Level III, 21 BFG Plateminus Carriers, and 26 Ballistic Helments TW Epic Protector. The ballistic plates, Plateminus carriers, and ballistic helmets will be used to protect deputy/law enforcement from gun fire and projectiles. This purchase will de-escalate events and prevent unnecessary injury, property damage and loss of life. The equipment purchase will be completed upon award of the grant and be implemented immediately.
