The County of Palm Beach will utilize JAG funds to contract with The Lord’s Place, Inc. as part of a community-based reentry initiative. The Lord’s Place will use these funds to provide intensive case management services for individuals returning to Palm Beach County after a period of incarceration. The expected outcome is to reduce recidivism.
