Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2024, $3,499,654)

ICF, Inc. will utilize this funding to implement the Community Based Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative (CVIPI) Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Program. The purpose is to improve community safety outcomes by equipping the intended beneficiaries, CVIPI grantees and the broader community violence intervention field, with the resources, knowledge, and support to prevent and intervene in community violence across the country. Project activities include providing start-to-finish support for virtual and in-person meetings, monthly webinars and podcasts, and other distance learning opportunities; planning and coordinating the annual CVIPI grantee conference; increasing communication among the CVIPI network through quarterly updates, conference calls, and other collaborative efforts; collecting and evaluating performance measurement data; and building and maintaining a centralized resource center website with a data dashboard, event calendar, communication tools, and a library of resources, trainings, and other publications.
