Knik Wellbriety for Youth

Knik Tribe is a federally recognized Tribe located in Matsu Borough. With this funding, Knik Tribe will implement White Bison Wellbriety, an evidence-based program. It is a youth-based educational, intervention, and support program that includes prevention activities, intervention while incarcerated activities, and post-incarceration activities. The program has the following goals: to reduce the recidivism rate by establishing a juvenile reentry program and treatment services for at-risk and high-risk intervention due to criminal activity.
